Step 1. Property Appraisal
Every Project is Unique
The first step of our process is to find out a bit more about the project you are considering which includes the location, your requirements, the extent of the works and if you have a time frame you are working to.
One of our Project Coordinators will arrange the Property Appraisal meeting and this will also usually include one of our Design Experts to give you some initial design guidance. The meeting is on-line and completely free of charge and we generally allow 30 minutes for the discussion.
It helps if you can send us the address, some photographs of the property and an idea of the proposed work prior to the meeting starting so we can refer to this information as part of the discussion.
At the meeting we can show you examples of similar projects and we will explain how our service works in more detail. We will also provide you with a fixed price quotation for our fees if you decide to proceed further.
As all projects are unique, we find that the Property Appraisal helps us to give you specific advice for your own project and It also helps us to identify which members of our team will be required (e.g. architect, structural engineer, landscape designer, etc). for your project.
