Since then they've been out and took measurements and we've had Zoom/Teams calls to go through the design where we're able to add and remove items, talk through and visualise the options available. The guys are full of ideas and have a wealth of experience. On-line editing plans and spinning around the house in 3D view to see how things will look is something our previous architect couldn't do.
