"Your Property Team offered a competitive and modular pricing scheme to get through the planning stages from inception through to detailed plans. They took over from a previous architect. Since then they've been out and took measurements and we've had Zoom/Teams calls to go through the design where we're able to add and remove items, talk through and visualise the options available. The guys are full of ideas and have a wealth of experience. On-line editing plans and spinning around the house in 3D view to see how things will look is something our previous architect couldn't do. It's easier working with these guys remotely than with someone who turned up and sat in our house. Looking forward to the revised plans being approved and getting into the detailed design.
